The local community will be encouraged to visit www.lovelocallife.co.uk to use this as an information portal to understand who is independent in their local area and at which shops and services they can receive a benefit or incentive from when using their Love Local Life card.
Love Local Life Ltd reserves the right to change these conditions, please ensure you view these terms and conditions regularly as once accepted it will be deemed that you agree with any changes.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of becoming a Love Local Life Supporter/Partner and using the Love Local Life website, you understand and acknowledge that Love Local Life Ltd can not personally recommend partners featured, or confirm the accuracy of the partners written content either on the Love Local Life website or the partners own websites, and can therefore not be held responsible for:
The quality of goods or services received from the Love Local Life partner
Any ongoing disputes for products or services received from a Love Local Life partner
Misrepresentations, claims or statements used in the Love Local Life partner advertisement as they are submitted by the partner.
Misrepresentations, claims or statements used in the Love Local Life partner’s own website
Should the partner’s business cease to trade during your Love Local Life card 12 month period no refunds can be made or the benefit/incentive be upheld

If you have selected to become a Love Local Life supporter/partner you have agreed on the registration form that you are happy to receive regular direct marketing information of Love Local Life offers, partners and events. Your details will be added to the database and used for this purpose in a controlled manner. If you wish to change your mind at any time then all direct marketing will have an unsubscribe key.

In addition we will use it to communicate with you to renew your Love Local Life loyalty card on an annual basis.
